We are staying at hilton palace in July and have it linked to MDE, I am seeing conflicting reports if we are eligible to purchase individual lanes at 7am?

No - only Disney owned resorts and Swan, Dolphin, and Shades of Green are eligible for 7am ILL.

The Swan Reserve is apparently treated as part of the Swan and Dolphin, but musicguy856 is correct.
