I am bringing some first timers to WDW and will only have a half day at MGM.

Which stunt show makes the better impression?

"Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Show" or "Lights, Motors, Action."

I'm guessing "Lights, Motor, Action"

Hiya

It very much depends on what you are after.

If you dont like cars then perhaps LMA isnt for you although the stunt driving is impressive regardless. There are lots of louds bangs etc that may scare young kids if there are any in your party and a FP is a must to guarantee a seat.

I did IJ on my last trip but skipped it this time as it clashed with other things. I wasnt upset at not seeing it again though.

My kids liked LMA better. I moved faster than Indiana Jones. I don't think they really understood Indiana Jones, not really old enough yet to seperate stunts from reality. But all boys love fast cars, motorcycles, boats, and explosions. I thought it was pretty cool too.

I like LMA better. It wasn't what I expected. But it was neat how they reveal the secret behind the stunts.

Are yr guests fans of the IJ movies? if 'yes' then I think they'll find that show a lot of fun. If they haven't seen the IJ movies maybe LMA is the better choice-

That's a tough call. I enjoyed the secrets behind the stunts at LMA and I think it is more current. On the other hand, I found Indiana Jones to be more entertaining. DD first saw Indiana Jones at age 8 and has asked to see it again on later trips. Good luck!

Having seen them both, I still like Indiana Jones better. LMA is good, but the cars driving around just isn't as exciting to be as seeing people doing stunts. Plus, Indiana Jones has more showings every day so it's pretty easy to get into without FastPass or waiting a long time. Unless you're really into cars or spy movies, I'd go with Indy.

We agree w/you. Plus, there's always the opportunity that you can be part of the show! Sure, you can be part of the show in LMA, but you're not in it nearly as much as IJ ... and you just use a remote control and aren't really in on the action!

If you're into Indiana Jones go see it. Both my DSs LOVED it.
