Indiana Jones Stunt Show getting update?

When we visited DHS June 11 we were disappointed (DH especially) that they cut the Indiana Jones Stunt Show performance short. They did the ball roll beginning and the market place part, but without the buildings in the back and all that action. Then they came out and said they are enhancing the show to make it more safe for performers and that was it. Anyone know anything else about this? Just curious because I hadn't seen anything about it on here.

If lightning had been within 7 miles of DHS, shows do get downed for safety concerns for the performers and guests.

This is most often weather related but sometimes happens for other reasons having to do with the pirotehmics in the last portion of the show. It is always safety related

I'm with previous posters; we were there on the 12th and they skipped the plane stunt due to "technical difficulties" or something like that; the director warned us right up front. We just figured it's one of those things that can happen sometimes.

Yup, we were there in early June and they cut the show short due to rain. Unfortunate, but it happens, and I'm happy they are always concerned about the safety of their performers.

They told us right out when the show was cut short that it was due to the weather. I am sure there are other reasons too though.

We were there the 11th and it was cut short because there was lightning within 7 miles and it was raining. Jedi Training was also cancelled. That was sad because my boys were signed up, but they did get to go meet Darth Vader. We went back on the 14th and Indiana Jones was cut short again due to the same reasons.
