Has anyone ever stayed in this developement or can you tell me anything about it? I have been searching for a villa that accepts pets and a few came up in this community. they really fit my criteria inlcuding fenced-in yard.

Wondering about actual closeness to Disney and niceness of neighborhood.

I haven't stayed there but driven by it a many times. It's close to the DTDisney side in the Lake Buena Vista area. There's a Walmart next to it and Lake Buena Vista Outlets basically across from it on 535.
It's an older subdivision with mostly permanent residents.

It is very close to Disney.

We almost bought a home there recently. We changed our minds after driving through the neighborhood a few times. Quite a few forclosures, yards not maintained etc. Investors are buying more of the homes, so maybe that will change. It is not gated, and there is a Walmart at the entrance to the Subdivision.
