Indian Ridge

My search thing is not working properly, so I cannot do a search on this area.

Has anyone stayed in this area? Can you tell me anything about it?

I found a couple of nice homes in this subdivision and we are thinking of renting a home next year, instead of a townhouse.

My dad rents a house every year for about 3 months and it was probably about 4 years ago that he rented in Indian Ridge. I remember the house being very nice and the neighborhood was fine. He really liked it there and would have stayed again, but he found a house in Formosa Gardens that he now rents every year because he fell in love with the house and the neighborhood.

Hi, we have stayed 3 months the last 3 years in Indian Ridge. Changed to another location this year only because of a better deal. IRidge is a great location just south of 192 on Old Lake Wilson...It is about 1/2 owner occupied and 1/2 rentals so it looks very normal, ie kids getting on the school bus, folks walking pets, home looking lived in...Homes are vintage 1990's so not "fancy" but really nice. Most are 3-4 bedroom and one neat feature is a door from the pool into the master bath on most homes, so you can go from pool to shower without going through the house...

Also nice tiled showers in the master bedrooms...

And, most older homes have gas pool heaters, not heat pumps which work much better when it is a little chilly in the winter...

And, they have a sidewalk system BEHIND the homes which makes walking lots of fun...just make sure you know the way back as all the homes look alike, like most Florida homes...

Just make sure you see some pictures and get good vibes from the owners...there were a few home in IR that were not very well maintained...not bad for the size of the place, but check for sure...We loved it there...Ted
