Indian Creek-other neighborhoods?

Hello,

We stayed in Emerald Island two years ago & loved it. We were looking for a house in Windsor Hills but they are booked up!

We found one in Indian Creek and are wondering who has stayed in that neighborhood. I know a couple of years ago people were staying away from there due to construction but I don't know if any of that is still going on.

We need a 4-5 BR w/pool & spa and game room...

It seems like I found a great search tool a couple of years ago where we could specify the amenities that were most important to us - incl. conservation view, etc. I can't seem to find that now.

Any help?

Did you look at all the sites for WH rentals? vrbo.com homeaway.com fabvillas.com ownerdirect.com windsorhillsrent.com etc. Also try looking at the 6 bedroom homes too, you might get a good deal on them. This one overlooks the lake and is open on your dates but I don't know how the price compares with what you want to pay: http://www.vrbo.com/82687
Ask the owners for a price and you might get one that's within your budget. It never hurts to ask.
Indian Creek is a nice community also, no resort amenities like WH. There is a Diser that owns there but her's is booked on your dates.
