Indian Creek and Highway 429(Toll)

So I found out the address of my rental home and ran google earth with that address. The house backs up to a lake and then Hwy 429. I know this is a toll road, but will we have to pay tolls to get to and from WDW? It looks like there is 429 behind the house and then a road going over that highway, with houses on the other side. Is this the main road through Indian Creek and the way I would go to get to 192 and Sherbeth Rd? I don't want to pay tolls if I don't have to.

HI, no tolls to Disney. 429 is a very lightly traveled toll road that goes by ICreek but you have no access from inside ICreek. Disney is easy drive out your exit turn left on Formosa Gardens Blvd and right on 192 to Disney via
Sherberth or stay on 192 to the big entrance..

THanks for the info! We used Sherbeth Rd. last year when we stayed at Emerald Island last year and it was a really quick drive. Can't want to be there in August
