Index cards

Anyone have a list of what they put on their index cards? So far I have it broken down into each days park hours, EMH, times of fireworks and parades, and ADRs. I only want to have one card and plan to make copies to put in all my bags. I can use a lg or small index card and I found a really cute donald duck pic to put on the back.

I can only think of one other thing I've put on my index cards, and that is if I need to bring something specific to the park that day, like my daughters Cinderella dress when we had dinner at the castle
