There is a new budget airline starting - Independence Air.

I have already contacted them & they are planning on flying into Orlando starting in November.

Airfaries no higher than $189, as low as $39. Should compete with Southwest. Competition is good!

Thanks for posting that 206bones!!! I emailed them just today asking when will they begin service to Orlando but I had not heard back from them yet.

From the e-mail that I got:

"With the exception of Jacksonville, which we currently serve, we will be serving Florida with our Airbus A319's that begin flying in November of this year. Expect these destinations to be announced 60-90 days prior to their start dates."
