I just booked on Southwest for $59.00 one way. These fares are usually only available on Tue., Wed., and Thur.. We are going to Orlando May 30-June 5.

I don't know what to do, right now I can get a flight on Sept 28th-October 6th for 174.00 a person plus tax. For a family of 5 it comes to 967.00 do you think this is a good rate to book now or wait a while.

I would wait until Southwest comes out with their fares for that time period. In most cases SWA, NWA and Airtran will all lower their fares. If you can check the fares every day or two and I think you will find lower rates down the road.

The time you are flying is a slower period and the fares should be lower than what you see now. If you are flexible a day or two this may also mean a better fee. Good luck.
