What app have people found most reliable for wait times? I have a Windows Phone.
I see Disney Mobile Magic for Verizon get advertised a lot, I wish they had something like that for other providers.
I haven't found any that are super accurate, but DL Waits is pretty good. Still, there are random incorrect times submitted pretty frequently - for example, while RSR is closed, someone will submit a wait time of 20 minutes. I guess they are just bored and entertaining themselves?
On DL Waits you can see the most recent submitted wait times - so you can decide which ones to disregard and make an educated guess as to the actual time. I find it useful to decide whether to make the trek over to a particular ride, but wouldn't count on it to the minute.
As for the Disney Mobile Magic app, I find it is the worst. It doesn't even give a number - for example, it will say RSR is "high demand." Well, duh.
I was kind of excited about Ask Otto (though I wish it was an app and not a phone call), but found that it is not accurate either. It told me (when RSR was down and had been for 2 hrs) that the wait time was 10 minutes. ??
There was an app I used to use - Walkee Waits - where it had a timer to determine your wait time while in line, but I always forgot to end the timer when I got on the ride! Oops. As others have said, though, that's not necessarily the best method either, since wait times change frequently.
I find the best way to find out is to go to the ride. If you are familiar with the queue, you can see for yourself. if not, I ask the CM, "is the wait time X minutes, for real?" and they can usually give me a pretty good answer.
