Incorrect booking window?

Hi All,

Any ideas why I'm getting the below message, when trying to book my home resort for Sep 27th 2021?

The booking window for your selected Resort(s) opens at 8:00 AM Eastern Time. Please check availability once the booking window opens.

Two possibilities: (a) system is having one of its many usual problems; (b) you are seeking more nights than allowed at 11 months out, which in your case would be more than 8 nights -- a check-out date after Oct 5 -- since your start date is Sep 27, e.g., if seeking Oct 6 check out, you need to wait until 8 a.m. eastern today to make the reservation.

This was happening to me as well until I switched to a different browser. I was using Chrome and got that message every time. Now I use Safari.

Odd. I had to switch to Chrome to get access.

User error - I was being greedy and trying to book 8 nights rather than the maximum 7 - I needed an idiot's guide error that told me that more specifically!

One other thing that happens is that when you hit book, the system checks again to ensure the room Is still there, and if in that nanosecond it’s grabbed by someone else, the system sees your trip starting the next day, which of course, is now outside the window.
