Incomplete Order for MNSSHP

Yesterday, I attempted to place an order for Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party and the website kept freezing. This morning I am able finally to complete the processes but receive this message upon submission of payment:

"Your Order Has Not Been Completed.
Thank you for your order

Your confirmation is currently pending due to system availability. You will soon receive an email to inform you of the status of your order, once it is processed. If you have any questions, please contact the Ticket Services. Guests younger than age 18 must have parent or guardian permission to call."
Has anyone seen this message before? What happened? I am worried that my tickets are sold out.
 
Just an update: My order was just confirmed. I guess the ticket system was just unable to process my online order at the time. If this happens to you, don't panic and think your date is fully booked. It might just be a hiccup in the system.

Yeah I think this is normal.. This happened to my MVMCP ticket order when I bought them the day they were released. No worries!
 

Just sounds like delays for processing a credit card. Since disney does it instantly, the times they can't do it instantly stand out unlike companies like amazon that charge when it goes to ship so you don't see when it's delayed. Funny wording on the message, I would have went for some wording that explained the delay and not something that looked like they are incompetent.

So, what you're saying is that whomever wrote the message is incompetent in message writing. ;)

Exactly.. Certain aspects of disney lately the guest experience is getting worse and worse, this is just one of many little things that when you add it up makes disney look like a fool. I can't wait until the fallout happens when people connect the poor website experience to "how can the computer controlled ride be safe" if you can't even take our money properly starts.
