I agree that perks should NOT be a reason to choose............. We didn't expect any and would never do a tour based on what we'd get free.

She said that you should not have to do it for free. They are going to make a lot of money off us if we buy.
I, of course, would never base my decision on what "prize" I got. I am a research junkie so most likely I will spend MONTHS researching which company is best for us to go with.

Don't feel bad about asking if there is an incentive to listen. Sometimes DIS board people get a little superiority complex and act like membership sells its self. It doesn't. Go for the gift and then buy. You won't regret it.

But we actually didn't end up using the fast passes because we took the tour on our last day, and we just weren't up for any rides after it. It says on them they're only good for 48 hours after your tour. I hung onto them in case that wasn't really true and we could use them for a future trip. Anyone know if we'll have luck with that?

I have no idea why everyone is getting so defensive about my wanting something for my time. I guess for me, it is my first vacation in 2 1/2 years, it is my FIRST vacation without my son, a vacation to reconnect with my spouse and relax (with a 2 year old we really don't get alot of down time). So YES I feel that my time is worth something! I will only be there for 4 DAYS! Please don't judge people when they ask about incentives as everyone is different and hey, my husband is not as "sold" on this thing as I am. I need something to get him there in the first place! Sorry to sound so short by my gosh, all I did was a question and I have had several people now get somewhat rude with me about it.
