Incentives for BLT

The declaration has to be done before they can sell. BLT is not 86% sold however.

We are here now and just added on 200 pts @ BLT the 1st night of our stay (7/25) for 108 per pt

You don't understand Use Year.

I am currently adding onto BLT. I have a March Use Year and I will get March Use Year 2010 points. I am not getting any 2009 UY points. In addition, the term of my agreement is through 1/31/2060. Since this is before my March 2060 UY, I will assume I will not get points in 2060. Therfore I get points from 2010 to 2059. This results in 50 UY of points. Does this sound right?

Yes.

The point the other poster was missing is that they were buying during their 2009 UY and naturally getting the 2009 points they were buying. They thought they were getting something for nothing because they don't understand UY.
