In your opinion, what is the best counter service place in each park? Looking for variety and quality and will be on the DDP.....

How about specific resorts?

Epcot has great CS everywhere... my fav is Mexico (nachos)/ and my DH loves Germany (beer & brats)
MK-IMO: Not much of a variety but if I had to choose it would be Pecos Bills... good burgers..
MGM- - Toystory pizza planet & Sunset blvd has great fries!
AK-Pizzafari

MK-Columbia Harbour House I love their half a tuna sandwhich and a cup of clam chowder. YUM!

AK-It is closing but Tusker House was great!

Epcot-Sunshine Seasons has a great variety

Poly- Captn Cook's

Downtown Disney-Earl of Sandwhich, Wolfgang Puck roasted chicken or Cooke's of Dublin scallops and chips and a deep fried candy bar as dessert.

Epcot - Sunshine Seasons in The Land or Mexico
MK - Columbia Harbour House - love the hummus sandwich - sit upstairs
AK - Flame Tree BBQ
MGM - Don't have a favorite here
DTD - Earl of Sandwich

Sunshine Seasons in The Land @ EPCOT.
It has a great variety, good food, and a great dessert selection.
It's true that you should eat quick, because the ac is on full blast and the food gets cold quick. It was the best cs location we ate at, and we ate there twice.

My family likes:

AK- Flametree Barbecue
MGM- ABC Commissary
MK- Casey's Corner
EPCOT- oh boy we have never ate here- any suggestions.

My younger son and I also enjoy the chicken quesadillas at AS Sports- gotta have one every time we go to disney!!

My responses aren't necessarily the best as I haven't eaten at all CS to say, but I will list the ones we have eaten at and enjoyed it a lot and definitely recommend.

MK - Pecos Bills, Casey's, Columbia Harbour House
Epcot - Tangieriene Cafe in Morrocco, Fish & Chips at UK (can't think of name of place)
MGM & AK - Haven't eaten at any to recommend

Resorts - I've only eaten at The Mara at Animal Kingdom Lodge and thought some stuff was great and some ok.

Enjoy!

Downtown = Wolfgang Puck Express or Earl of Sandwiches

Animal Kingdom = FlameTree BBQ (don't forget to add onion rings for a snack credit! :thumbsup2

Magic Kingdom = Tomorrow Lands Terrace Noodle Station

Epcot = Sunshine Season (four different stations for everyone to pick from)

As far as resorts.... Try The Pepper market at CSR.
Awesome variety of foods and good quality (try the Prime Rib:thumbsup2 ) and a nice walk around the grounds is a great way to end the day!

Here are mine:
MK- I LOVE Pinocchio's (love the pizza) but also love Casey's (great hot dogs)
AK- It's closing!:sad1: I need to find a new one now that Tusker's is closing
MGM- Al's Toy Barn
Epcot- Liberty Inn in AA, and Mexico

We loved Sunshine Seasons at Epcot. Desserts are excellent there.

In MK, I'd say probably Pecos Bill's was our overall favorite, though Columbia Harbour House is pretty decent too.

At MGM, we did not eat any CS this trip. At AK, we had mediocre pizza at Pizzafari, and our previous visit to Tusker House was disappointing, so I'd say there's nothing we're really pleased with there.

We liked Captain Cook's at the Polynesian as far as resorts go. Their food is pretty good for a CS.

MK Columbia Harbour House
AK Tusker House :sad1:
MGM ABC Commissary
Epcot Lotus Blossom (China)

Epcot: Tangereine Cafe! It is amazing!
MK: Columbia Harbor House. It is so relazing upstairs, and the food is wonderfull.
MGM: Flatbread Grill
AK: Tusker House. :sad2: I can't beleive its closing. I just don't like Flame Tree. :sad1:

Resorts: I loved eating at Gasparilla's when I stayed at the GF. Also the Pizza window at Bordwalk is good!

EPCOT - Yorkshire County Fish Shop (England). I love their fish and chips!
Also, Boulangerie Patisserie (France) is great for sweets! (love those eclairs!)

AK - I agree, Tusker House was the best in all the "world" but sadly...:confused3 I'd say that Flametree is number 2.

MK - Peco's Bill is good and entertaining!

MGM - Rosie's All-American.

DD - Wolfgang Puck's Express.

BC Resort - Beaches & Cream

My DW and I are leaving to go August 30th and can't wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :yay:

I hope you have a great time!

Gotta chime in on this one as I'm hungry....:)

Magic Kingdom: PECOS BILL....gotta love the fixins' bar
EPCOT: TANGIERINE CAFE....love the platters
Animal Kingdom: FLAME TREE BBQ....great BBQ chicken salad
MGM: ABC COMMISSARY......very good breakfast, cool atmosphere.

MK: Columbia Harbour House or Cosmic Rays (rib/chicken platter)

AK: Flame Tree BBQ

Epcot: Sunshine Seasons, La Kringla Bakeri, and Tangeriene Cafe

MGM: nothing (catch the boat to Epcot)

Resorts: Pepper Market at CSR or Mara at AKL

DTD: Wolfgang Express
