In which order should I reserve activities at 180 days?

I'll reserve ADRs at 6:00 EST. But for the activities listed below, what order should be my priority for requesting by phone at 7:00 since I know phone numbers are different based on activity.
*BBB
*Pirates and Pals cruise
*Pool cabana at Poly
*Illuminations cruise (or is this at 90 days?)
*Tomorrowland Terrace dessert party (can be done online?)

Staying at Poly for 9 nights...if someone in the group wants to take a boat out from the marina for a couple hours can that likely be booked on arrival?

You can book it at the marina just before you want to go out.
Lots of boats.

Also, you can book the same boats at any of the MK area resorts, so in the very unlikely event that the kind of boat you want is unavailable, just head to the next resort and rent there.
(Boats must be returned to the same marina where rented.)

IMO Bibbidi Bobbidi would be my first; followed by Dessert Party, Pirates & Pals, Cabana & Illuminations Cruise. Yes I found the dessert party online.

You can only book the dessert party through September right now.

P&P is unlikely to be available at 180 days. I have had multiple CMs tell me they are not opening that booking window until 90-120 days. So, don't stress if you don't see it available!

FWIW, the Dessert Party times have not been "loaded" in the system at the 180 mark lately. Unfortunately you'll have to keep checking back and/or follow threads around here to monitor.

I could be wrong but I think you can book the Poly cabana now, don't think that has a 180 day restriction (note, I could be wrong).
