OK, so let me get this right. If I call my guide, I can purchase say 30 additional AKV points and recieve 60 that I have to use in the next 12 months? It seems to me that even though we just bought our 210 in early July, (and took the cash bonus) now would be an excellent time to find a way to add on. Do I have this right?

Well, In FL you have a minimum of 100 points to get the double developer point option. So, your 30 point add wouldn't qualify. It sounds like the minimum in Chicago is 110.

If you want smaller contracts, you can add on at the same transaction 2 50 point contracts and should get the double developer point option.

Always best to call your guide as this could have changed.

Yes, it was 110 for current DVC owners. I assumed it would be 160 for new buyers in Chicago, too but I do not know for a fact.

Just to clarify, you can get just 100pts in Florida, right? That's what we will want in October.

Yes. . .the minimum to get the incentives in FL is 100 pts. We were thinking/hoping it would be the same amount in Chicago and it wasn't.

If you are a current owner adding on in Chicago, you got both incentives. If you are not a current DVC member buying your first points, you got the choice between one or the other
