in WDW for my birthday!!!

Okay, after several near-misses, I am going to finally be in WDW for my birthday (big 2-0)!! I haven't made any plans yet for the day (except for the fact that I will be on an 8:30 pm flight back to Chicago ) So does anyone have any fun birthday suggestions for me??

Pick up a birthday button and wear it - my friend (26) and I (50) celebrated our birthdays together (with the whole family, too) last year and we had a blast - lots of CMs (and guests) called out "HB" to us. He was given a free piece of pie at lunch, I was called to the front of Mermaid for a birthday phone call from Goofy - just a little extra fun! For his b'day we did dinner at CP (pooh gang are his favs) - I noted it on the res and he received a signed card, a cupcake w/candle, and a sprinkling of "pixie dust" (mickey confetti) from our waitress - the characters even pulled him into the 'birthday parade' with all the little kids - the video is a riot!! On the morning of my b'day we all went to Chef Mickey's for b'fast (wanted to start my day with Mickey )- lots of fun and great character interaction. A few weeks ago DS requested his b'day (16) dinner at O'Hana's - he was not so thrilled when the MC brought the entire group of kids with their instruments over to the table - the all sang (and played) the birthday song - he feigned anger, but he really enjoyed all the attention from the beautiful Hawaiian MC !! Whatever you choose to do, have a great day - and !!!

I did my 30 at the Magic Kingdom... It won't be the last time I celebrate there, either.

When you get in, get that pin. Although I have to admit, less than half the CM seemed to notice it. Still, it was nice that some did and it makes a great keepsake.

We had dinner in the Castle, at CRT, and they were great. They gave me a piece of chocolate cake, and when my friends told the hostess that it was my birthday, they decorated the table we sat it, and made sure they sang Happy Birthday twice (once when they were ready to seat us and when they brought out the piece of cake). They also gave me a certificate at dinner.
