Where was the sprig of mint? I'm from Georgia and have never had a mint julip in my life, they may take my card away for that.

lol, just thought of this.

Pete, you could probably substitute sugar free creme de menthe syrup and Splenda for the sugar laden ingredients if you wanted to try this concoction.

The syrup isn't green, though, so you'd need to add some food coloring. =)

I'm loving these cooking videos, they're brilliant! Pete is such a natural as well but while I was watching the one that went up today about the steak nachos at DCA I found myself wishing Pete would show us how to make that delicious concoction known as plastic cheese!
