In the end, I cannot pass up NYE fireworks!

I fell asleep about an hour before they started this year. I think I'm getting worn out!
BTW Bobbiwoz, you will LOVE the transatlantic- best Disney cruise EVER!

We are really looking forward to the cruise! We did one a few years ago, DCL to Barcelona.

We went last summer- it is completely different than any other we have gone on. I enjoyed the coldness and the availability of the pool and slides because of it (we wore wet suits, so it was manageable). The people we met (Ducky Williams being one) were so down to earth and kind that we felt more at home on that ship than our own hometown!

I'm so happy that you are able to go again, and go see the NYE fireworks! I'm so tired after just returning from WDW that I actually need a little time to recoup!

We had been booked on last years until it was determined that I needed my two knees replaced.
One of my favorite people who often shows up on these special cruises is Stacia Martin. I've won one of her drawings, Thumper, on the EBTA in 2013.

We've been DVC members since 2000 and are going for our first NYE this year. There will be 6 of us all together - DH and I, 2 adult sons and their gf's. December 28-31 will be in a 2BR at BLT. NYE is split right now between a 1 BR at BLT and a 1 BR at BWV. We are on a wait list for either a 2BR or another 1BR at BWV since we plan to do EPCOT that night. At least we will all have a place to sleep even if the waitlist doesn't come through!

We did NYE this year at BLT and it was so amazing. It was a special event to be at WDW for NYE. The crowds were huge but if you are a park veteran and plan well you will be fine. The biggest thing we did right was to make dining reservations.

I am thinking of going to DHS on NYE this year.
