Where can I find information on having a surprise (champagne or cheese/chocolate covered strawberries) delivered to our room?

Which resort? Only the resorts that offer in-room dining (room service) can do this for you. That would be the deluxes, the DVC resorts (except OKW and SSR), and CSR.

You'll find a menu in your room that lists that resort's special offerings.

2) IMPORTANT: If alcohol is involved, an adult MUST be there to sign for it.

* If Disney Florist, no time is specified. Their items are delivered to the Front Desk. The
Front Desk Runner delivers it/them to the rooms. Normally, there are two delivery runs
per shift - individual deliveries IF there is time during the shift. So, it is possible that the
flowers would not be delivered until later in the evening. The exception is the decorated
room celebrations from the florist, where Didney Florist personnel do the setup. This is
usually done during the day.
