In room child care

I posted this on the resort board but did not get an answer. Does anyone know what the appropriate gratuity is for an in room sitter? I am using Kids Nite Out.... The charge is 16.50 an hour plus $10.00 transportation fee.... Therefore it will cost us about $100.00... So do I make the tip a percentage or a flat amount? HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We are doing the same thing in a week and I'll probably do a 10% tip.
