In room babysitting in Disneyland?

DH and I had planned on going on an "adults only" vacation in Sept to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. However, we changed our minds and are now going to take our boys with us. We both want to do Disney just the 2 of us, but now is not the time. I just couldn't go with my kids (ages 4 and 7) Anyway, that being said, we really would like to go out to dinner just the 2 of us the night of our anniversary. However, our youngest son is too young to do the child's activity center "Pinocchio's Workshop". (He misses the 5 year cut off by 5 days! bummer!) So, we need to get an in room babysitter. How do we go about doing that? Have you ever done that? Do you recommend a service or someone? Thanks!
