In Regards to DIS Auctions-It's Back Up! UPDATE in Last Post.

Hi Guys!

I don't know WHAT the story is with DISAuctions. I know that the tech guys were playing around with the server in the past week, and I think that probably has something to do with it. I know that earlier this week, I was getting the same message that you see now when you click on DIS Auctions whenever I tried to get to any of my DIS bookmarks.

I will ask about this on our Host Board and hopefully we will get an answer. Whenever I know something I will post it here. I know that a number of you are wondering.

I can pretty much guarantee though, that DIS Auctions is NOT gone for good...

I thought the boards were down - I hadn't been able to get in for 3 days! My bookmarks didn't work & going through the main WDW site wasn't working either. Finally, last night I was able to go through some places on the main site & thankfully got through. Wonder how many others are still cut off.

I still can't find a link that works. I must be blind. Can someone post a link if Disauctions is working again?

I was going to list something about a week ago and I was having trouble loading a photo (new at this). I e-mailed for help and never got a reply to the e-mail. Now I can't even get to the Disauctions site.

I'm still having trouble getting into the forums. Even from the main page, I keep getting the page not found error message. It took me many tries of going through different areas to find a way in. Any idea what's causing that or is it part of the DISAuctions problem?

At this point, I don't think that there IS a link for DISAuctions that is working. I have had a question on the Host Board regarding this. I will try bumping up that post to see if I can get an answer.

As a lot of you know we have had some major issues with the DIS auction site and the DIS photopost site since the move.
I am glad to announce they are both fully operational.

The Auction site located at http://www.disboards.com/cgi-bin/auction/main.pl is similar to an ebay site but just for Disney stuff.

Photopost, located at www.wdwinfo.com/photopost allows you to upload your pictures and link them to your posts on the board.
I do have some bad news for previous users of the photopost site. Unforunately we were not able to succesfully move it from the old server so we are starting fresh.
The good news is it is now integrated with the boards so you can use the same username and password that you use here!

Let me know if you find any problems with either of the sites.
