Ok, I am in major planning mode. We go to WDW in 1 month and 18 days (yep I am counting)

So I was wondering if people could look over what I have booked and see if theres anything else they can advise. Any suggestions and tips are really really welcome.

So here we go. We are booked into the Manchester Hilton the day before we fly, does anyone know what time check in starts? is there a twilight at manchester?

We are flying into the international and are driving to the CBR, does this take a long time? I have booked two lovely disney christmas stockings to be in our room when we arrive, is there anything else like this I can book.

The first morning we have CRT booked (you should see the phone bill!) at 8.05 am which seems very early but I am always unable to sleep well the first night. Then we have booked a private tour guide for 5 hours, but what should we do then?

Has anyone ever done the candle light at epcot as I dont know whether to book it or not.

So far the other things I have booked are, park fayre breakfast, universal tickets, MVMCP Tickets with a meal at LBT.

I am really wanting this to be the best trip ever as I believe it will be the last time my parents come along to america with us and also because I want to make it special for me and chris.

thanx anna

Sounds like a fabulous trip you have planned :)

Have you heard of Gifts of a lifetime they can organise special events or have things delivered to your room,

Your first day looks pretty packed already - you might want to spend the afternoon at the pool with a few cocktails :)

Hi Anna,

We've seen the candlelight processional at Epcot a couple of times and would thoroughly recommend it. The whole event is incredibly uplifting and on quite an amazing scale - you certainly won't forget it in a hurry, and I think your parents would be blown away by the show.

You don't have to book ahead, but if not you'll need to get in line a good 60-90 minutes ahead of time - i've even seen people there 2 hours before. Alternatively the dining packages can be pretty good value if you planning to eat at Epcot anyway. These give you access to a separate line that gets first pick at the seats. I'd still recommend getting in the queue for this at least 30 mins before the show starts.

Not aware of any Twilight check-in facility at Manchester. We tend to time it to arrive there at least 3 hours before departure - and always find there is a long queue even then.

You haven't said who you're flying with - but we usually fly US Airways indirect via Philly to MCO.

Have stayed overnight at the Hilton and were quite impressed with it. Seem to remember the dinner being quite good too.
