Hi all! We'll be going to WDW in a few weeks, staying at the Beach Club. I have dinner ADR's at other resort restaurants such as Grand Floridian, Polynesian and Wilderness Lodge. We are not renting a car this year. What's the best way to get around from BC to these resorts and how much time should I allow?

When we stay in the Epcot DVCs and have ADRs at the monorail resorts, we usually take a bus to MK and then either walk (CR), monorail (Poly,GF) or bus or boat to WL. I'm sure there are other ways, but we're part of that :crazy2: group that enjoys WDW transportation as part of our vacation.:goodvibes

I agree that the bus to MK then walk to CR, resort Monorail to GF or Poly and boat to WL probably is the most efficient. If you want a change of pace or to get some exercise and you have a park hopper ticket or AP, however, you also could walk from the BC and enter Epcot at the International Gateway. You can then walk through Epcot and out the main gate, then catch the Epcot Monorail to the TTC. From there you can walk to the Poly or switch to the resort Monorail for the GF or CR. A bit more complicated, but more scenic and it avoids the buses (if that matters).

I don't take the monorail to GF from MK, I take the resort launch (small boat). Goes straight there rather than visiting two other resorts and the TTC first. Weather permitting of course. The launch continues on to the Polynesian.

There is a website called mylaughingplacedotcom which has a transportation wizard. You can choose your WDW starting and ending point and it will give you the various transportation options, along with approximate times for each. It's a great planning tool for those ADRs.

Where do you catch the resort launch?

Thanks for the following jensen, I'll give it a try:

last I saw the GF/Poly launch boards at the smaller dock right near the monorail station at MK.
