In Park Quest Questions

Can I send my tickets with all my quests and Hidden Mickey with someone else to use at WDW Magic Kingdom? They will be using their tickets for VMK, Can they use mine (not at park entrance only at VMK) to turn in my quests?

I have family going in September and I want STUFF!!!
