In Park dining hours?

I'm anxiously awaiting the September hours so I can make some final "plans"...one of the things we want to do is the Character Dinner at Liberty Tree Tavern...but how do we know what time to ask for the reservations? We have concierge service, but I still need to give them a preferred time...can anyone help me?

Or you can wait another day or two till the September hours come out.

I'm sorry...I knew I didn't ask my question the right way...how do I know the hours for the Liberty Tree Tavern? For example, the Hoop-Dee-Doo review only has a show at 5:30 and 8 (or something like that), does it work the same way for the character dinner at LTT? I'm a newbie and a bit thick sometimes!

I think LTT is open for dinner from 5 until park closing, but maybe somebody can correct me if I'm wrong. I'm sure Disney Dining would be able to tell you.
