My upcoming October trip was very unexpected. I swore off Disney until at least 2011 if not 2012 (needed a break) However, one of my very best friends invited me to go in October and I could not say no. We live in different states and do not see each other a lot so I'm really looking forward to hanging out with her for the week at one of my favorite places. We are staying at BCV and I'm so excited to get back to Disney for F&W.

As soon as I get my HP back (getting set up for school but we don't want to dwell on how quickly THAT is coming up) I will upload it.

Today DD11 made fruit Kabobs with the leftover shapes, they were delish. Something about fruit on a stick that makes it even more desirable!

I think October is a wonderful time to go, and the F&W fest makes it even more wonderful. I know you will have a great time, especially with a friend you don't see often (guessing, since she lives in another state)

I planned a little "before we go back to school" fun today. We are going to Washington DC and Six Flags America in Maryland the weekend before school starts (leave Thursday, come home Sunday).

School starts for me on August 23 (ouch!)

Did you enjoy them/ did they go with the movie?

We read several Beverly Cleary books in fourth grade, Ramona Forever, Ramona the Pest. They are still well loved even with many newer authors about today. I think Beverly is in her 90s!

I know I read some of when I was younger.

I am wonderful! College and dorm life were great and I can't wait to go back in 13 days I'm going to have the same roommate as last year. My parents are great, Dad retired in June and has enjoyed playing golf almost everyday. L and M are good too. L broke her ankle in gymnastics and is currently in a cast and M broke a finger on a slip and slide
