In need of these Mickey state pins

My wife has been desperately seeking to make trades on Pinpics, searching on Ebay, and even calling Disney Stores in other states; all to no avail.

Could anyone help us to attain the following in a trade? These are the hardest:
Alaska, Arkansas, Mississippi, New Mexico, W. Virginia

The folowing she still needs, but will probably come a little easier:
Connecticut, Delaware, Georgia, Hawaii, Kentucky, Maine, Ohio

Her Pinpics user name is Maggi if you want to see her tradables.
We can also offer the complete WDW 1999 Press Set of 13 pins if anyone has all 12 of the state pins she needs.

Unfortunately, my one step forward was met with two steps back.
The person I was going to buy Delaware from never responded to my last email, and the person I was trading South Dakota for can't find it.

I'm back to wanting the following four states:
Arkansas
Delaware
Mississippi
South Dakota

Help! I'm trapped in the year 1890 when the U.S. only had 43 states. (Three states were not made for this set)
Please someone help me catch up to the present.

If you are only looking for Mickey holding the state of Mississippi, then don't hold your breath ... I don't mean to be the bearer of bad news, but wasn't Mississippi the state where the pins were scratched & the Disney Store sent them back? Maybe a few were sold before this problem was detected, so I don't think there are many of these pins out there.

Yes, I understand that Mississippi will be supremely hard to get, but hey...... I believe in Magic. That's why I love Disney so much.
I've seen it and the other two pins I need listed in the collection lists of members at Pinpics. I just wish more of them would list them in their For Trade lists instead. Life would be so much more simpler.

Thank you for that info though. I knew it was hard, but had no idea the reason. I figured it was because Mississippi had only one DS for the whole state. Scratches, huh? I'd settle for that right about now.

I was just sent an offer to receive Arkansas and South Dakota in a trade.
It is Oct. 4th. My birthday is Oct. 7th. Anyone have a Mississippi to trade?
A trade for Mississippi would have me bouncing off the walls.
My husband and children would have no worries about whether or not I like their presents.
My day would be all bright and shiny.
