In-need of T-shirt design, please...

Hi DIsigners,

I'm looking to surprise my in-laws with family t-shirts, and I'm in need of a design. Here's what I was thinking (though I don't know if it is possible):

Lettering: The SPEILLER Family (I'd like the "Speiller" Letters to be filled with Disney characters - classic characters or new generation characters are fine.)

If possible, I'd love for all of the lettering to appear inside a Mickey Mouse head black filled background or Mickey unfilled outline.
