In-Laws Thank You Gift?

My IL are paying for our trip (hotel, DDP and park hopper plus tickets) and I am wondering what I should get them as a thank you gift, maybe to be left at the hotel when they arrive?

We are paying for their MVMCP, SeaWorld, Universal, Kennedy tickets and the rental car. And we paid our own airfare (FFM)

Or How about arranging an ADR that you intend to pay for their meal out together alone? Citricos?
