Were in key largo for the night, just spent for wild days in key west think we covered all the bars there! The weather...well the wind is getting up,Isaac is behind us, according to local news is following our road trip! Going to hit towards Tampa way bad weather starts on Monday..must say locals are saying it's over the top on the news.. We move on to Miami tomorrow for two nights. At mo sitting in tiki bar waiting for our meal, having a few scoops while the wind howls around us! Got free wifi, I'll update if we get free wifi in Miami.

I jumped on this one straight away as well Debs, We'll be therre in a few moths as well so I'm looking forward to a few trip reports to give us more ideas on where to visit.

Jimmy buffets margaritaville is the best! Advise now is for visitors to leave the keys, weather is awful, all night strong winds and rain! Hurricane 1 forecast over keys. On our way to Miami now, just stopped in Dennys for brekky, free wifi ,were All having the lumber jack slam!

The prob is that the winds coming in over Miami, then changes direction when it hits on the gulf side. So wherever we go in the next few days a get the before during and after storm!

In Miami now, and it's dead windy! Got free wifi again! Didn't bring laptop sil did but i'm using My mobile.
Going to do the duck tour today, as not sure how bad weather will be tomorrow, their saying out could be a hurricane when it hits key west... cat 2 hurricane gonna hit Tampa,100 mile an hr winds.next couple days.guess where we will be! Think we'll sit it out with plenty of alcohol.

Oh yes we certainly went to Hogs breath!!! you must try cowboy bills and smokin tuna too next time you go! also for key lime pie-' Blue Heaven' is the place to go, I knew about it as it was on man v food!
wayne we covered loads of bars in 4 days,never drank so much in my life!! but we all had a fantastic time there and will be back!! chickens/roosters are everywhere, protected to!

Your thread has got me looking at flights for next Easter. Found some flying into Miami and back out of Orlando for under £500pp. Tempting.

We got chatting to a family at a mall today who are due to fly home from Miami on Tuesday, she was panicking slightly about Isaac!
