In Disney area next 2 days, what to do aside from parks?

We plan to go to Sanaa for some takeout bread service, and stroll through Disney Springs. We might catch some dessert at Beaches and Cream. we are looking for some other low-budget options without going into the parks. We are thinking about eating at T-Rex restaurant. Any other suggestions on food or entertainment? Thanks.

More information please. Do you have a car? Are you looking to stay on property? If so here are a few. Go to AoA resort & take a drawing class.
Go to Wilderness Lodge and take a tour.
Go to Fort Wilderness and take a wagon ride (not a carridge ride) in the evening. Costs about $15. Stay for campfire sing along with Chip & Dale (free but there is a charge for smores).
Go see Yeeha Bob at Port Orleans Riverside in the evening. (Free).
Take a hula lesson at the Poly.

Go to downtown orlando at night. Take a walk around the lake at Celebration. Go to Melbourne beach.

Do yourself a favor and drive 15 minutes to grab a burger at Shake Shack at I-Drive. They have a pretty cool arcade there plus the Orlando Eye!!
