In December --POFQ or Pop Resort?

For the holidays in early December, which hotel would you prefer, POFQ or Pop Resort? How are Christmas decorations at either resort?

The two resorts are in different categories. POP is a value with smaller rooms and POFQ is a moderate with larger rooms. For us,there is no comparison. We much prefer the POFQ. It is much smaller than POP and doesn't have the feeling of being frantic or crazy. It is very relaxed and the smallest of the moderates. It is also within walking distance of POR which gives you access to a different food court, a sit down restaurant plus the lounge and food court at POFQ. The Christmas decorations are festive at POFQ and POR but nothing spectacular.

All in all it depends on what you are looking for ... if you have small children ... the theme you want .. the choices you want ... and for us there is a difference in ammenities and service. The POFQ now all rooms have refrigerators, coffee, hairdryers, etc. I'm not sure if POP has any of these things, though. It seems to me that it doesn't but could be wrong.

For our family, the POFQ would win hands down but again .. it depends on your tastes, your budget, your family ... etc. We've stayed at POFQ at least 10 times in last 8 years and always enjoy it.

I would take POFQ, in parts of december, POP century usually has I think cheerleaders or something at it, which would make the resport louder.
