In case you noticed I was gone...

Thought I'd do a quick "where has Lynne been for the past week" post.

With my wonderful timing skills I managed to get really sick for the last week of Engineering classes of the term. Uuuugh!!!! Last Monday I looked so sick my instructor actually told me to leave class and go home to get some sleep. I started running a high fever and everything else that goes along with it. *Cough, cough* The rest of the week was spent sick in bed, stressing over all of the assignments, labs, reports etc that were due and the final exams approaching quickly (finals started this week). I missed my first final exam so I'll do a re-write later since I have a doctor's note... but I did write Fluid Mechanics this morning. (Probably wasn't feeling at the top of my game... but I just wanted the exam *over* since exams really stress me out and also scheduling make-ups is a big hassle.)

It's been quite the week.

So I'm sort of back around now... up out of bed at least, though of course now I'm in the middle of final exams. 1 down, 4 to go!

Just wanted to say hi since I haven't posted in over a week! Take care everyone! (And don't get this bug... you don't want it, believe me!!!)

How terrible to be sick on Finals week!
DD called me this morning, she is sick in bed also! Luckily her finals don't start until the week after next.
