In awe at BGT customer service

We really wanted to do the rollercoaster tour BGT offer over the summer months when we are out in florida this year for our second honeymoon / tenth wedding anniversary. I emailed them to ask if they were planning on doing any this year, but because of Howl-O-Scream season they don't run it from late september through till the new year it would seem.

Seaworld Parks customer service has floored me *again* (last time was at seaworld when one of our party fell ill during a nursery tour) by opening up a tour especially on one of dates we enquired about so we could do it!

It's gonna take a while to scrape me off the ceiling on this one!!!!!

We find contacting places direct for something special has amazing results all over the US.. the only place we ever encountered SERIOUSLY bad service was Vegas.. NEVER AGAIN!!! SO happy for you sweetie!! Have a FAB time... and remember to post when you get back telling us all what you thought of that tour!!
