In a pickle & need advice

So DD and I are at BCV in a studio Jan 1-6. I decided that I want DH and our 2 boys to come along, but we still can't book 5 in a studio. Sooooo, I invited my mil and am looking to book a room at Pop. This is where it gets sticky :/

I was going to leave DD and I at BCV and add DSx2 on the BCV reservation, that way they can all swim at SAB. DH and mil would be listed at Pop. In reality DD would sleep at Pop and DH at BCV.

Buuuut, the flight DD and I are on would cost $630 pp (I paid $230) and I have to put them all on another flight which arrives later. I don't want to sit waiting for them at the airport for over 3 hrs, but if I don't there will be no adult to sit with them on the ME from the airport b/c technically DH and mil would be listed at Pop and they will be listed at BCV.

We don't want a car as the budget is bursting at the seems as is. Do you think they'll let DSx2 get on the Pop bus or DH and mil get on the BC bus?

Also, does anyone know if I can have a DVC reservation with me listed and a cash reservation under my MDE which does not include me? Neither DH nor mil have a MDE acct and I'd like to keep it simple - their tickets are on my MDE and I've made FPs for them.

I hate that Disney is so complicated :'(

I can't answer on the MDE but my impressions are that you can't just ride to another resort. However now for the other news - BCV studios have been open to booking 5 people for maybe a week or so? I just tried and it would allow it for January. So you can list your DH on the BCV reservation too. Under the description it stills says 4 but it will accept 5 adults now.

For the MDE - you just link the resort reservation to the people you control under your MDE and it will show up there. Nobody has to have their own MDE account and all the reservations etc associated with the people under your account will show on your account.
