I want to make sure to get one of the larger ones. I read a report about a room closer to the front of the ship and she said the window was smaller.

Is there a list of the rooms that have the smaller window on deck 2?

Thanks,
Melanie

not sure about this question but we were on deck 2 aft and had a large porthole window @3' diameter was a very nice size not that tiny port hole you see on deck 1
I would say stay anywhere midship to almost front or aft and you should be fine

Deck 1 has two small portholes, whereas the other decks all have one large porthole.

The diameter of the portholes in the forward Deck 2 rooms are slightly smaller (not really noticable) but a benefit is that they are deeper due to the curve of the bow of the ship so in some cabins you have a bit more space to put things (in the sil) or can even sit in the window....I do not know the excact cabin numbers. My neice has one of these cabins and had no problems.
