We are going on the Disney Fantasy next year. My husband and I plus 7 year old and 2 year old (at the time). My parents are going with us. They surprised me by booking concierge level for all of us. Two separate rooms. (Joke is they would rather spend my inheritance now while they are alive). What are some of the nice things about being on Concierge level? Is it true that you have access to a cabanna on CC? Thanks much. I have not done much research on this because I truey didn't think that was an option.

You have access to earlier booking of a Cabana (that means you have more chances to get one)... but you still have to pay for it. (425$ and up depending on location, but most likely 549$ and up since you'll be on the Family Beach).

Put in your email request to shore side concierge right at 125 days and you should get one. We have every time.

Enjoy it!! We did concierge on a 3 night a few years ago and it was so great. Loved the lounge for light breakfast and drinks and good coffee. Loved the early boarding. Loved the cabana on Castaway Cay. We had a suite so ordered room service from the MDRs 2 of the nights.

I would absolutely get the cabana. It is like having the beach to yourself. Just get your request in to shore side concierge at the right time, and I think it's pretty certain you'll get one.

Some of the nice things about concierge…

Priority check-in (NO LINES!)
- Private waiting area if you arrive early
- Priority kids club check-in/registration
- In your stateroom/suite by 1230 day of embarkation (sometimes sooner)

Pillow menu

Upgraded toiletry amenities

Robes/slippers

In-suite dining from rotational restaurants (breakfast in suite/veranda while you pull into port! Or in suite after a long day at port)

100mb free wifi

Concierge Lounge
- Private welcome reception with intro to your concierge team, drinks & snacks
- Priority booking through concierge team for Remi/Palo, shore excursions, character meets, spa treatments, and nursery time etc
- THE CONCIERGE LOUNGE – private access with snacks, drinks (includes cocktails at the happy hours each night) throughout the day, large screen tv and a concierge staff that will do pretty much whatever you ask of them – they’re great!
- Private character meet & greet (we had pirate goofy) - they served smoothies and chocolate covered rice crispies during ours
- Included bags of popcorn for the theater or just watching a movie in your room (42” flatscreen in the suites) – my son took advantage of this every night
- Private sun deck – they have sunscreen, towels, loungers, and hot tub
- Different snacks & munchies at breakfast, mid-day, mid-afternoon & evening – I’d consider some of these options a little nicer than your standard buffet fair and others not so much…mostly delish though
- Awesome espresso/coffee machine

Private/non-shared table in the dining rooms with preferential placement (Crush interaction)

Priority access to cabanas (means you’re more than likely going to get one)

On-shore concierge team to help book everything you want to do in advance of everyone else getting access

Lithograph hand delivered to your room one night of the cruise – we got Huey, Duey & Louie on the beach looking at the Dream

Small gifts delivered to your suite nightly – we got a plate of cookies one night, a Mickey Mouse stuffed animal one night and the litho the last night

Fridge stocked with the beverages of your choice (think sodas & waters)

Priority debarkation

I’ve probably missed a few things, but these were the big ones I could remember. Concierge is the way to Disney Cruise

You can request and get different cans of soda in your room. Last cruise (1st time concierge) we requested Mountain Dew Kick Starts and got them. This next cruise we will request Dr Pepper for DS. There are cans of Coke products and water bottles in your room's fridge. There are more in the concierge lounge. I asked for more water one day and they gave me six to take back to my room.

:welcome:

Thanks all we are cat t. Silly question but as we will be traveling with a two year old do you think we can request milk for the room fridge?

The coffee is amazing!! Is the same espresso/coffee machine in the lounge on the Wonder?? I know it was in the other lounges. It is so yummy! I will add that they really make travelling with young children even easier. My children loved them especially Julia and Kemisha and Anne Marie! They always go above and beyond to make the children feel special. You will love the extra touches. Enjoy!
