I'm thinking my group will need a break from touring, does this movie have seating? I know in Canada you have to stand and I don't think 5 kids are going to want to stand. I already think I know the answer to this but can you bring in a pastry from the bakery? I would just love to sit there and take in all the sites of France, since who knows when I'll get there in person!

Yes there are seats for this wonderful show.
It is the only one of the movies at EPCOT with seats.
I just love the show but the film is really showing it's wear...they need to remaster the original in my opinion.

I don't know the answer to the pastry question, but the theater definitely has seats. We find it makes a nice break when we're tired of walking!

This is my favorite attraction at WS! The music is so very beautiful! I wish they would freshen up the theatre though! It does have seats, but they are showing wear and tear. The movie is really beautiful, makes you want to visit France. It would be great if it was remastered though, but keeping the original content! BTW, Belle usually signs autographs to the right of the theatre, and there is a great chair/acrobat show right outside too! Enjoy!

it's a great break spot! cool theater with seats. and i too, love the music, have it burned on cd to listen in the car!

No food or beverages are allowed in the attraction. This is true of just about any attraction at WDW.

This is a gorgeous theater and eating or drinking is not allowed. We love the movie, some of the most visually stunning images (although some are dated) and exquisite music that we have ever experienced. Please try to fit it into your schedule, you'll be glad you did.

Nice show quiet and cool from outside like a small movie threatre. No food or drink allowed.  party: party: party: party:

One of my favorites in World Showcase. You'll be glad to take a break here.

How long is it? I would really, really like to see it, its one of the few things my family wont do in EP so Im thinking of doing it myself and meeting the family at another attraction..

I think it's under 15 minutes. The theater is dark, cool and quiet. Many men take a nap, as I've heard snoring. DH would not dare b/c the end of the music is what I had played as our wedding recessional. I loved the music that much. You will too--don't miss this attraction.

Also, I think one could sneak in an eclair. Escargo would draw attention but a small pastry could be hidden. (As a former CM I will deny having said this.) :smooth:

If I am not mistaken, the film is 18 minutes long. ;) It is absolutely beautiful and it is a must see at least 2-3 times for me. I love, love, love this film. The theater is relaxing and the music is breathtaking as well as the scenery. I do agree it needs a bit of a lift, just not when I am there as I would hate for it to be closed during my visit. :teeth: I will have to call WDW and let them know my dates so they can plan around them. :rotfl: :rotfl:

Do not miss this one!!!!!!

It has been my experience that a beverage can be taken many places at WDW where food and beverages are prohibited-such as WDW transportation-if the beverage has a secure lid,screw-on top, etc. This may apply here as well. :)

The theater never gets that dark, so whatever you "sneak in" to eat will be seen by others.

I just would like to add is that the screen is fantastic, I would say it's more than 150 degrees wide, like a small Imax screen. Nice theater

:thumbsup2
