Impressions de France was beautiful!!

I haven't seen this in over 20 years, and since then I have gone to Paris with my husband, and my eldest daughter traveled through France on a school trip, so we are definitely going to see it this trip.

With over 40 trips to WDW we never get tired of watching this film and listening to the beautiful music. We have it on our WDW cd and listen to it quite often.

I love this attraction. I don't want them to change it, except for remastering it.

I think it's a wonderful film with beautiful scenes. I don't think they could ever recreate that. It's perfect! No joke...in my top 5 attractions at WDW.

I've heard that there haven't been even tiny changes since the beginning - every single scene is the same as it was in 1982.

This film consists mostly of famous French historical landmarks that haven't changed that much (since they were already quite old in 1982!!)

There are a couple of scenes that could use updating - notably the Champs Elysees (those cars are very old now!), and the Eiffel Tower (the Esplanade has been upgraded). There might be more, but that's what comes to mind right now.

My friends and family laugh at me but it's my favorite Disney attraction.

Me too... my favorite castle is Chenonceaux in the Loire Valley. Never been but love it.

The whole scene in the beginning of the movie where you are boating down a river and the mist is coming of the river and the sunlight trickles through the trees...makes me so relaxed.

:goodvibes

I was thinking that the Eiffel tower in the last scene middle screen could proably be replaced with a new one of the lights blinking without having to change all the other screen.

To the PP who had the CM in the 90's think it was outdated, he was probably right. After 30+ years it is so old it is retro.

We also sat through the Norway movie (needed the AC) and the clothes are so early 80's! The old computer screen is funny. I was thinking they should make a deal with the History Channell and do one big 10 promo for "Viking's".

One of my favorite films in Epcot. I have the 4 Parks,1World cd and the music from Impressions de France is one of my favorite tracks.
