Impressed with Apple Scooter

We are home safe and sound from another GREAT week in DisneyWorld! I have to THANK APPLE SCOOTER for their outstanding service and customer care. I am SO IMPRESSED with the company. Any time we are in Disney, we will use only Apple Scooters for our rentals.

My sister went to your website and picked out a scooter. I ordered it online and the service was excellent! When we got to the Boardwalk, the scooter was there waiting for us. Impressive.

It was smaller than the scooter we rented two years ago. We left the Boardwalk and headed to EPCOT. She was uncomfortable in the smaller scooter and couldn't get her leg positioned right. I called Apple Scooters and was so pleasantly surprised by the way everything was handled. Apple Scooters sent a man with the bigger scooter right to EPCOT and we met him at the front of the park and made the exchange. He was very nice and we took pictures of the exchange!!! We were not even charged for the upgrade!!! That is the best of the best in customer care!!! We had a great trip, Linda could keep her leg comfortable and the scooter made everything easier for her.

THANK YOU TO APPLE SCOOTER for your outstanding customer care. It was a great vacation.

I do think the smaller scooter is not a good fit for taller people. I'm glad they traded with for a larger one without the extra charge.
