We just got home from a week at WDW (awesome time will write something about it later). Anyway, I purchsed quite a few things there and had them delivered to my room. Did not open them until we just got home. 2 of the things are broken (a Christmas ornament & a glass figurine from Germany). Both around $20.00 a piece. Anyway, I remember that someone had posted an email address that I could write to Disney Merchandise and request replacements. Can someone please give me that email address. Thank you, I am on the verge of tears at this point!!!

shut off the tears--Disney will help. Do yo have any of the recipts? the email addy is on all of them. :)

also-items purchase at disneyland or disneyworld are for the most part returnable to any disney store. so you could call a local disney store to do the return/credit and thus save the cost of shipping back. you can then order through disney merchandising the replacement items.

I agree with the prior poster, WDW will resolve the situation.

A few trips ago we purchased a ceramic Christmas decoration/figurine. While the item was packed in the original styrofoam packing, it was damaged between the shop in DTD and home. When I opened the box at home and found the issue, I contacted WDW. They sent me a new one.

Since the Disney Stores were sold, they do not take park merchandise back. Call merchandising, they will be glad to help.

You may want to call Disney Merchandising at 1-407-363-6200. That's what I did when something of mine broke and they took care of it right away! :Pinkbounc

Disneys Great--Its always a clean and easy fix.
