I have a question. You get one free visit per year? So when I arrive next year you would deliver to me. Once my visit is over if I have you come to pick up the stuff, that is a 25.00 charge? Do I understand correctly? Thanks!

Hi Friendly,
your initial Visit is covered by the Membership Fee. At the end of your first Visit, when your Locker comes into our warehouse for the first time full of your stuff, we call this your Anniversary Date and that's when your year begins. Usually, you have one free Visit (that's what we call a delivery and pickup) per year and extra Visits are $25 each. Under the exclusive DIS deal, you get two free Visits per year for three years.
