This is a letter aimed at any VMk staff or host who might be reading this board, and I really hope you can help me. I contacted the black hole a while back about this, and received no repy, so really, any host or staff are my last hope
It concerns a code for a HM room I traded for, but codes were not recognised. here is a copy of the letter I sent to Contact Us:
Dear Sirs,
Ijust sent you a message on the problem with a secret code thing, gave you the code but had no option to explain the problem.
I traded for a haunted mansion room code today. I was given a used one at first by mistake then sent another, but I didnt know until it was too late to re-enter the room, so the code came up as unrecognised, even tho i was assured it was a valid code...I was told if I try a bad code I need to re-enter the room and try a new one which I didn't know and therefore did not do.
The code they assured me was valid is n499 5c5d ftue bqv6
Is there any way you can check this code, and if indeed it hasnt been used yet to obtain a room (and just used in error by me not re-entering the room), that would be great, also if that is the case, would it be possible to receive a replacement haunted mansion room code?
I was given another code to use after that one did not work, and that code was hwtq c5dr h5cb du9c
That code was not recognised either. If you could look into these codes it would be very much appreciated, and if possible, is there anyway I can get a replacement code for the one where I did not enter the room.

To any staff or host any help would be very much appreciated...I would get a nice new HM room and would give my trader the items they deserve in trade.

Also, you might want to hide the code from the boards. If it does suddenly work, someone else might use it.
