I went and bought some for my husband to make tonight lol.

I asked him the trick to getting them so crispy at home without drying them out. He double fries them. And also he puts the flour on them like an hour before hand and leaves them in the fridge so the flour sets and then it doesn't all come off in the fryer.

Also, boneless "wings" are not wings. They're nuggets.

As an almost life-long resident (college years in Ohio, see below), I couldn't agree with you more. I haven't eaten meat in years, but my son's favorite place to get wings is Dwyers in NT.

The original BWW opened just off the OSU campus and was called Buffalo Wild Wings and Weck. We used to go there all the time. I moved to FL and my house was 10 mins from the original Hooters. Had many a beer there!

To get back onto topic, I'd rather try and lick the bottom of my foot than eat LC wings!

I remember back in college going to B-dubs for Wednesday $0.10 wing night. But I really loved going to Panini's for $0.25 Pitcher night .... Good times!!
