Yes all non US citizens have to report to Wavebands on the Wonder at approx 6am.
You have to take the slip they gave you when they took your passports or other id away when you checked in. If your husband wants to go separately from you maybe you should make sure that you have separate slips for your id at check in. It could create a problem if you don't.
Depending on how many non US citizens there are on board it could take 10 minutes or it could take longer. The lines generally move pretty quickly.
When you get to Wavebands, you line up to enter the room. When you get to the CM, you give them your passport slip and they return your id to you. You continue in the line until it is your turn to see the immigration officer. They usually have about 5 or 6 officers working so it goes pretty quickly.
They look at your id, ask when you are planning on leaving the US(but since you are not leaving I guess you would have to explain that). Then they let you go.
You can return to your cabin, shower, go to breakfast etc. until it is time to disembark the ship.
You turn in your customs forms after you get off of the ship, in the luggage claim area of the terminal.
No there will not be a separate line that you will have to go through to clear your daughter.
Hope this helps abit. If you have more questions feel free to ask.
