Imagineering Books

OK,

I have a son that has finished his first year of college. He is in Plastics Technology for his associate degree and is doing Product Design Engineering for his Bachelor program. He is very interested in eventually becoming an Imagineer. He is thinking about trying to get into the college program next summer and fall and then do the professional internship after his bachelor's degree is done. He is very interested in Imagineering books. We got him one on this last trip down there a few weeks ago. The Imagineering Workout, Exercises to Shape Your Creative Mind. Does anyone else have any good ones that they can recommend. He has a birthday coming up and we thought any good books like this would be very appropriate.

DF is wanting to be an imagineer too

A good book is : WALT DISNEY IMAGINEERING: A BEHIND-THE-DREAMS LOOK AT MAKING THE MAGIC REAL
It talks about the parks, it has drawings, diagrams, concepts that made it and also those that didn't.

Also I would just search "imagineer" on amazon.com

DF did the Dine with a Imagineer meal last May and really enjoyed. It is a dining experience at WDW for about 9 people were you get to talk one on one with an actual Imagineer.

Also another suggestion for him maybe to look into to the ImagiNations competition before he does a college program, if it something that interest him.
